By using our website to browse and/or purchase our Products and/or Services, you agree and accept the following Terms and Conditions.

All Terms and Conditions are subject to change without prior notice. RI LUXURY PTE LTD reserves the right to make the final decision on all matters.

  • RI Luxury Pte Ltd makes all reasonable efforts to ensure that all prices shown on the website are updated from time to time. We reserve the right to change prices and to add, alter, or remove promotional offers from time to time and as necessary.
  • All transactions on the Site are to be conducted and payable in Singapore Dollar (SGD), unless otherwise indicated.
  • Product prices on the website are not inclusive of delivery charges, unless otherwise stated. Delivery fees are charged separately.
  • All Products sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  • The Products available at Läderach Chocolatier Suisse are available while stocks last.
  • In the event of supply difficulties, Läderach Chocolatier Suisse reserves the right to substitute any item with goods of equal or greater quantity or value without prior notice.
  • RI Luxury Pte Ltd makes all reasonable efforts to ensure that all descriptions of Products on the website are as accurate as possible.
  • Images are for illustration purposes and actual products may vary.
  • Products should be kept to suggested storage conditions stated on the website and the best before period observed accordingly. RI Luxury Pte Ltd shall not be held liable for products stored inappropriately or beyond the best before period.
  • Products may contain traces of allergens even if the ingredients list does not state them as an ingredient of a specific product. All Products are made in the same environment as products containing allergens, so we cannot guarantee that any Product is free from traces of allergens. RI Luxury Pte Ltd shall not be held liable for any adverse medical conditions and/or allergies arising from consumption of our Products.
  • Non-edible items may be used as decorative elements with our Products. Please ensure that these non-edible items are removed prior to consumption.

For custom packaging such as but not limited to ribbons, metal plates, boxes etc, RI LUXURY PTE LTD reserves the right to reject any orders or requests for designs, logos, or text that are deemed by RI LUXURY PTE LTD as inappropriate for association with the Läderach Chocolatier Suisse brand or products. This includes texts or logos that contains offensive, threatening, racist, obscene or otherwise objectionable message(s) or contains any of the following information:

  • Product names, trademarks, copyrights, or business names;
  • Celebrity names or specific sports teams having trademark protection;
  • Major events, landmarks, religious or political phrases;
  • Names of schools or institutions;
  • Website names/references; and
  • Political content.

No refunds or cancellations are allowed after orders have been confirmed. Customers should check that the item(s), flavours, and quantities are correct before confirming and paying for the order. RI LUXURY PTE LTD will not be able to amend orders once they have been confirmed and will not be held liable in the event the wrong flavours or quantity is selected, or if duplicate orders are placed.

The shipping charges would be charged as reflected on the website.

 

Once payment has been made, the order is considered as confirmed and will be shipped as per the details submitted by the customer. Should there be any changes the customer wishes to request, they may try emailing hello@laderach.com.sg. However, the customer accepts that changes may not be possible.

Shipping to office addresses will be directed to the designated office reception, collection point, or office mail room. As most offices do not allow delivery personnel to send items directly to the recipient inside the office, the personnel at the office reception, collection point, or mail room will acknowledge receipt on behalf of the delivery recipient and be responsible for passing the item on to the delivery recipient. RI LUXURY PTE LTD will not be liable should the personnel fail to pass the item on to the delivery recipient.

RI LUXURY PTE LTD reserves the right to reject a shipping service request for any order even after payment has been made. In the event where the shipping service cannot be provided by us, RI LUXURY PTE LTD will provide the customer with a refund.

As RI LUXURY PTE LTD works with third-party shipping service providers, RI Luxury Pte Ltd shall not be held liable for failure to deliver on time due to foreseen or unforeseen circumstances such as vehicle’s breakdown, traffic conditions and/or any other circumstances that extend beyond our control.

RI LUXURY PTE LTD shall not be held liable for any failed deliveries if there is no recipient or personnel to receive the delivery at the time of delivery. When making the order, the customer should ensure that there will be someone to receive the order on the potential shipping date. The shipping company may make reasonable efforts to contact the customer when required, but RI LUXURY PTE LTD will not be held liable if the customer cannot be contacted.

In the event of a failed delivery, the shipping company may contact the customer to prompt the customer to arrange for a re-delivery. The customer accepts that additional charges by the shipping company may apply.

RI LUXURY PTE LTD will not be held liable for any failed deliveries as a result of incomplete information being provided by the customer. Customers should ensure that the full and correct address has been provided, along with contact information such as a mobile number. Orders with incomplete or incorrect information may result in a delayed or failed delivery.

Customers should check their products immediately when they have been received. Should they not be in a good condition, the customer should try to inform the delivery driver from the shipping company before they leave. Should they not be able to do that, they may contact us at hello@laderach.com.sg.

Should there be any issues experienced with the delivery, the customer should email hello@laderach.com.sg within 72 hours of the delivery.

RI Luxury Pte Ltd reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of any promotion without prior notice.
